Asuka Higo
She talked about Thai food. Thai food have been eaten for a long time are rice noodle, Karasumi and Topher. Many ingredients such as shrimp, onions and mushroom are used. The texture of the Topher likes a pudding. 

Yuk Ichinomiya
 She talked about Vietnamese food, Four. Vietnam is the country which produce amount of rice, ranking five in the world. Four is flat noodle and it is made of rice and water. Four has two types of soup, beef or chicken. At restaurant, if you ordered a four, you could get some seasoning, so you can enjoy your favorite taste. 

Noriko Honda
 She talked about Spanish food. Spanish food is registered as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage. Spain produces a large amount of olive oil. She introduced Ahijo. Ahijo is original Mediterranean cuisine. Spanish people eats Ahijo with baguette or churros. 

Mayuko Nishi
 She talked about Thai food. The first Thai dish she introduces is Tom Yum Kung. The Kung in tom yum kung means shrimp, so for example if you used chicken as an ingredient in tom yum kung, it would be called tom yum gai. She also talked about curry. Curry is often associated with India, but Thai curry is also famous. Thai curry is green in color due to the spices. It is characterized by the addiction of coconut milk.
  
Jui Maruyama
 She was talking about Russian food. Russian black bread is decorated square bread and is eaten on special occasions such as weddings. The Russian soup is borscht. The red color of borscht is not from tomatoes, but from beets.

Hibiki Nakamura
 She was talking about Russian food. The most common Russian soup is borscht, and it contains a lot of vegetables. The red color of borscht is the color of beets. Another Russian dish is pirozhki. Pirozhki is filled with many vegetables, beans, and eggs. It is often eaten as a side dish or as a snack.

Yuki Fukuyama
 She was talking about the cuisine of Hawaii. One of the Hawaiian dishes is ahi poki. Ahi poke contains avocado and tuna cut into square shapes. Ahi poki is also a popular dish in Japan. Hawaiian sweets are made with coconut milk, sugar, and taro, similar to Japanese yokan.

Ritsu Kawahara
 She was talking about Korean food. The first thing she introduced was kimchi. Cabbage, cucumbers, and radishes are used for kimchi. Kimchi is not only eaten as it is, but is also used in pancakes and soups. Next, she introduced Bibimbap. Bibimbap is colorful and beautiful to look at, and is sometimes served in school lunches in Japan. The last one is jajangmyeon, which is called Black Day on April 14, a day when people who did not receive chocolate on Valentine's Day or White Day get together and eat jajangmyeon. It's a sad day.

    The voice was smooth and very easy to hear. Furthermore, the PowerPoint was devised, and it was easy to see, easy to see, and easy to understand.

    The illustrations of PowerPoint were wonderful and the content of the presentation was easy to understand. I think it would be a better presentation if we had more eye contact.

    In your presentation, you can see that we are particular about PowerPoint. However, I wanted to narrow down the types of things to introduce and learn more about each.

    Your voice was loud and slow, so it was easy to hear. Also, you used a lot of photos in PowerPoint, so I thought it was a very memorable presentation.

    I thought the slideshow you wanted to make was very cute and good at making it. You didn't get tired of listening because you were introducing pots from various countries, not just one country.

    Your voice was just right, so it was easy to hear. Also, your style of focusing on dishes and speaking traditional it from different countries, rather than focusing on the food of some country, was great. So, it was fun to listen.

Beans

Tsuyoshi Horikawa He talked about unique beans.  White clover has beans. After clover die the beans is appear, but the beans in not can be eaten. It is only seed. Other unique beans is Modama, we can see in Amami Island. It also not can be eaten. In Amami Island, it is used for accessories such as necklace  and earring.   Noriko Honda She talked about soy meat. Soy meat is famous for diet food recently. It is also eco friendly and allergy response. Mos burger sells green burger, its patty is made of soy meat. We can eat it not have sense of guilt.  Rina Matsunaga She talked about soy beans. In Japan, soy beans has been made since Jomon Period. Soy beans transform a lot of food, such as soy source, miso, soy milk and so on. Yu Shigeamasa theme　 Fried Food    " French fries"🍟 I had an image that potatoes were high in calories, but I was surprised to learn that potatoes are a source of energy, contain a wealth of nutrients, have the ability to regulate the body's condition, are low in calories, and are rich in dietary fiber, making them a representative of a healthy food with the power to prevent lifestyle-related diseases. I was surprised to learn that French fries have more vitamin C than raw potatoes. I was very surprised by that. I love McDonald's fries, and I've always wondered why I have such a strong craving for them, but now I understand why. In addition, people like to have a good balance of sodium and potassium in their diet, so once people eat French fries with both potassium from potatoes and sodium from salt, they can't stop. It's a little scary when I  think about it.
