Mami Harada

 She talked about Yunmiso, polular in Amami Island. It is eaten with Shochu and rice as a appetizer. It looks very delisious.

Mayuko Nishi

 She talked about pickled rice bowl. It is popular in Oita, her hometown. In Oita, people eats mackerel with Kabosu. 

Rina Aoki

 She talked about fish caught in Yamaguchi. Blowfish is popular in Yamaguchi, her hometown. People eats fugusashi, fuguchige in Yamaguchi. 

Yuki Ichinomiya

 she talked about Chirashi-sushi. She explained us how to make lt. Many Japanese eats it for the doll's festival.

Ayumi Higashida

 She introduced us many kinds of fish food. She talked about saba-sushi. It's comes from Kyoto and Okayama. She talked about chan-chan-yaki. It tastes like miso.

Ritsu Kawahara

She talked about unaju. Unagi is called eel in English. Unaju has high calories and it's expensive.

Maika Kawamura

She talke about meunier. Its origin is France. Meunier means mirror in France. We can arrange it by some flavor.

Yu Tomiyama

She talked about meunier. In the U.K. , people eats fish with chips. Meunier has valanced dishe, it has high protein.

Yuki Fukuyama

She talked about sushi. Japanese have eaten since Edo period. When Japanese began to eat sushi, Edomae-sushi was poplar.

Jui Maruyama

She talked about sushi. it is said that Japanese have eaten sushi size Nara period.  Now, sushi is very popular in the world.

    Your speech was interesting because you gave a speech on the subject of fish from a different perspective than the others. I also thought that your voice volume was just right and easy to listen to.

    The pictures of your PowerPoint were big, easy to understand and interesting. Also, I was introducing shops that are close to me, so I definitely wanted to go there!

    I thought it was a good point that the way of speaking was easy for listeners to understand. I think it will be better if you use gestures and eye contact.

Tsuyoshi Horikawa He talked about unique beans.  White clover has beans. After clover die the beans is appear, but the beans in not can be eaten. It is only seed. Other unique beans is Modama, we can see in Amami Island. It also not can be eaten. In Amami Island, it is used for accessories such as necklace  and earring.   Noriko Honda She talked about soy meat. Soy meat is famous for diet food recently. It is also eco friendly and allergy response. Mos burger sells green burger, its patty is made of soy meat. We can eat it not have sense of guilt.  Rina Matsunaga She talked about soy beans. In Japan, soy beans has been made since Jomon Period. Soy beans transform a lot of food, such as soy source, miso, soy milk and so on. Yu Shigeamasa theme　 Fried Food    " French fries"🍟 I had an image that potatoes were high in calories, but I was surprised to learn that potatoes are a source of energy, contain a wealth of nutrients, have the ability to regulate the body's condition, are low in calories, and are rich in dietary fiber, making them a representative of a healthy food with the power to prevent lifestyle-related diseases. I was surprised to learn that French fries have more vitamin C than raw potatoes. I was very surprised by that. I love McDonald's fries, and I've always wondered why I have such a strong craving for them, but now I understand why. In addition, people like to have a good balance of sodium and potassium in their diet, so once people eat French fries with both potassium from potatoes and sodium from salt, they can't stop.
