About Me



Hello. I'm Yu Shigemasa, a student at the prefectural university of Kumamoto. I'm from Okayama, I’ve been living by myself since last April. About a year has passed since we met,  but there's still a lot of things I don't tell you, then I'll tell you about my favorite things, and my dream.

🎥Watching movie

I work part-time job on almost holidays. I go to a cake shop in the morning, and in the evening I go to a pub. In between, I often watch movie. I used to watch a lot of romantic movies, but recently I watch a lot of action and adventure movies. Recently, I watched a movie called "Jumanji". In the movie, the main characters enter the world of a game and fight against various enemies. It was very harrowing and interesting.

😹Watching youtube

Do you watch youtube? Who is your favorite youtuber? My favorite youtuber is "Nakamachi brother", they are very close and very fun. Sister is Aya, she is very popular on her personal channnel. I feel so much better when I watch that video.

🌟My dream

I learn nutrition in college, and I want to be a dietitian at the hospital. I think dietitian have a great opportunity to work directly with patients at the hospital.  I would be happy if I could make their smile to through food.

    It turns out that you like watching YouTube. I often watch KAMAITACHI's YouTube, but I haven't seen your recommended YouTube, so I'd like to see it next time.

    I thought it was wonderful that your time was very fulfilling. It's nice to have a dream. I think that a registered dietitian is very important to people.

    I don't watch Yotube but after I watched your blog, I was interested in it.
    I understood about your doream that you want to desire to work as a dietitian at the hospital I'm sure you can be a nice dietitian at the hospital.

Beans

Tsuyoshi Horikawa He talked about unique beans.  White clover has beans. After clover die the beans is appear, but the beans in not can be eaten. It is only seed. Other unique beans is Modama, we can see in Amami Island. It also not can be eaten. In Amami Island, it is used for accessories such as necklace  and earring.   Noriko Honda She talked about soy meat. Soy meat is famous for diet food recently. It is also eco friendly and allergy response. Mos burger sells green burger, its patty is made of soy meat. We can eat it not have sense of guilt.  Rina Matsunaga She talked about soy beans. In Japan, soy beans has been made since Jomon Period. Soy beans transform a lot of food, such as soy source, miso, soy milk and so on. Yu Shigeamasa theme　 Fried Food    " French fries"🍟 I had an image that potatoes were high in calories, but I was surprised to learn that potatoes are a source of energy, contain a wealth of nutrients, have the ability to regulate the body's condition, are low in calories, and are rich in dietary fiber, making them a representative of a healthy food with the power to prevent lifestyle-related diseases. I was surprised to learn that French fries have more vitamin C than raw potatoes. I was very surprised by that. I love McDonald's fries, and I've always wondered why I have such a strong craving for them, but now I understand why. In addition, people like to have a good balance of sodium and potassium in their diet, so once people eat French fries with both potassium from potatoes and sodium from salt, they can't stop. It's a little scary when I  think about it.
